How Hearthkeep would work.
The intended workflow, described plainly. Nothing here is running yet: this is the specification the build would follow.
- Step 01
A request comes in
Someone organising a meeting or event raises a catering order against the date, location and headcount. Dietary requirements are captured on the request itself, not chased afterwards by email.
- Step 02
Space is booked against its rules
Wellness rooms, showers and kitchens are booked through the same record. Each space carries its own usage rules, such as duration limits, cleaning turnaround or who may book it, and the booking is checked against them.
- Step 03
Suppliers are scheduled
Confirmed orders and bookings feed the on-site service schedule, so catering suppliers and amenity vendors have a single agreed view of what is expected, where and when.
- Step 04
Stock is tracked against demand
Pantry and amenity consumables are counted and drawn down as they are used, so replenishment is planned against upcoming demand rather than discovered when a shelf is empty.
- Step 05
Feedback closes the loop
After the event or booking, feedback on catering and amenity quality is captured and attached to the original order, supplier and space, so recurring problems become visible.
